Full job description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to join our client in their new fit-out office in Craigieburn.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely understands the responsibilities, compliance requirements, and fast-paced nature of property management in Victoria.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports
  • Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
  • Managing lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and terminations
  • Arrears management and proactive communication with rental providers
  • Bond claims and end-of-lease processes
  • Preparing applications and representing clients at VCAT when required
  • Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
  • Maintaining accurate records and database management
  • Conducting open homes for properties on the market

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) – essential
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance obligations
  • Confidence in handling arrears and dispute resolution professionally
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Experience with property management software systems
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
