Care Compass Collective is a Queensland based NDIS provider supporting people with psychosocial and mental health related disability. We work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Ipswich.

We're a small, close knit team, and we care about actually getting to know the people we support, not just ticking boxes. That same personal, practical approach carries through to how we work internally too.

About the role

We're looking for a reliable, detail focused contractor to work alongside our admin team, helping keep the day to day admin and HR side of the business running smoothly.

This is a flexible, remote contracting role, similar to a virtual assistant position, and would suit someone who enjoys variety and can turn their hand to a lot of different tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Replying to emails and helping manage correspondence
• General admin support across a range of tasks
• Joining admin meetings and helping with notes or follow up
• Organising documents, schedules and information
• Filing and keeping our systems tidy
• Renaming and organising files to a consistent naming system
• Supporting recruitment, including contacting candidates and helping with communication through the hiring process
• Assisting with other various admin tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent written communication skills, you'll be representing CCC in a lot of your correspondence
• Strong attention to detail, this kind of work often comes down to getting the small things right
• Comfortable working flexibly and being responsive when we need support
• Organised, and able to manage several tasks at once
• A quick and open learning, specifically adapting to new digital tools and platforms
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to have

• Experience working in the disability support sector, this helps a lot with understanding the context behind the work
• Experience with Shiftcare, Google Workspace, and Employment Hero

The arrangement

This is a contractor role, working remotely with flexible hours based on what's needed at the time. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. You'll need a legal entitlement to work in Australia and be set up to invoice as a contractor (ABN).
