For our branch in Kilsyth South (Melbourne) we are looking for a:

Agro-Industrial Solutions Sales Specialist

About the Job:

In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with producers, packhouses and agro-industrial businesses, visiting customers to understand their needs and gather the technical information required to create customised solutions. You will prepare commercial proposals and presentations and support customers through all project stages, from initial discussions to final implementation. We are seeking someone proactive, curious and confident working across both technical and commercial environments, in a hands-on position that combines customer engagement with technical and strategic insight.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the fruit & vegetable industry, agro-processing, or industrial machinery.

  • Technical aptitude (mechanical, automation, agricultural, or similar experience is advantageous but not essential).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Strong skills in analysis, organisation, and project follow-up.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.

  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 60% travel / 40% office, depending on season), including trade shows and industry events.

  • Reliability, independence, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
