Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of our diverse training products, aiming to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close sales to build strong client relationships and secure long-term contracts.
• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Provide tailored training solutions to clients based on their unique needs and business goals, enhancing client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
• Administer client accounts, schedule training sessions, process orders, and ensure the smooth delivery of services in line with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
