An opportunity is now available with Raytheon Australia based at RAAF Base Amberley for an Office Administrator who wants to be part of a major Defence program. Reporting to the Deputy Program Manager, this role is critical to the continued success and growth of the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program. This position will suit a dynamic, adaptable and customer focused Office Administrator with the demonstrated ability to cultivate networks and contribute to our collaborative working environment.

As the face of our office and a vital member of the team, you will help create a professional, welcoming and highly efficient workplace by:

• Contributing to a positive workplace culture through proactive support of operational and team requirements.
• Provide a warm and professional first impression to visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Maintaining accurate records, supporting data entry activities, and assisting with document control to ensure information is organised, secure and accessible.
• Working collaboratively with the Program buyer to facilitate procurement requests, track purchasing activities and support timely delivery of goods and services critical to operational success.
• Processing of goods receipting and monitoring workflow approvals to support timely payment of invoices and strong vendor relationships.
• Maintaining office supplies, kitchen amenities, stationery and workplace resources to ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
• Coordinating Program functions, events, and team activities, managing event details and communications to deliver professional, engaging and successful outcomes.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working in an office environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and record management (desirable).
• Apply knowledge of project, program, or business systems to support operations, identify improvements, and implement enhancements in day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while exercising initiative and seeking guidance from senior team members when required.
• Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• A collaborative, diplomatic approach to solving problems.
