    • If so we may have sessions or shifts available.
    • Able to finish all the work on the day.
    • Able to using Microsoft Excel/ Word.
    • Maintain work station tidy /clean.

Casual Medical Receptionist

We are a friendly solo GP practice seeking a reliable and welcoming Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction and supporting a small, close-knit healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcoming patients and managing check-in/check-out

· Answering phone calls and booking appointments

· Maintaining patient records and handling paperwork

· Providing general administrative support to the GP and Practice Nurse

· Keeping the practice neat and tidy

About You:

· Previous receptionist or medical practice experience preferred (training can be provided)

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Comfortable with computers and appointment systems

· Organised, professional, and dependable
