Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Anaesthetists, surgeons, proceduralist rooms, and patients
  • Managing appointment bookings and patient inquiries
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Processing payments and invoicing
  • Managing stock control, including ordering and maintaining adequate levels of medical consumables, medications, and general practice supplies
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the practice

About You

  • Previous experience in medical administration is preferred but not essential - Full training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency with web-based software
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • A professional and friendly manner when interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
