Gym Receptionist – Join Our Team!

Are you a people person who loves creating a welcoming environment and helping others feel their best? We’re looking for an energetic and professional Gym Receptionist to be the friendly face of our fitness community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About the Role

As our Gym Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Manage front desk check-ins and member enquiries
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general customer questions
  • Assist with bookings, memberships, and basic administration tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Support the team with day-to-day club operations
  • Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions where required
  • Help create a positive and energetic club atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Good computer and administrative skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised
  • Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded (but not essential)
