We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven Education Consultant to lead our international recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on the Indonesian and Vietnamese student and migration markets.

As our Education Consultant – International Recruitment, you'll be the driving force behind bringing new business into Pathway. You'll generate, nurture and convert admission and migration leads from overseas markets, build relationships with partner agents, and guide prospective students and migrants from first enquiry through to enrolment.

This is a full-time, target-driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, closing leads, and growing a market from the ground up — with uncapped bonus potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business through international recruitment, with a focus on Indonesia and Vietnam
• Source, follow up and convert new admission and migration leads into enrolled clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas education agents, sub-agents and referral partners
• Provide accurate, up-to-date advice to prospective students on course and institution options across our 200+ partner universities and colleges
• Manage the end-to-end enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline, including CRM data entry and lead tracking
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, information sessions and agent training/briefings
• Represent Pathway Education at education fairs, agent visits and marketing events as required
• Consistently meet and exceed individual recruitment and conversion targets
• Stay current on Australian immigration policy, course offerings and competitor activity in your target markets

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, or migration/visa services (essential)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred, in addition to fluent English
• Existing network of agents or contacts in Indonesia and/or Vietnam highly regarded
• Proven track record of hitting sales, recruitment or conversion targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
• Sound understanding of Australian education pathways and visa subclasses (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
