You'll also
- Coordinate and schedule transport and equipment requests while ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational activities.
- Collaborate with team members across multible locations, supporting one another to deliver excellent customer service during peak operational periods.
- Respond to customer enquiries, escalations and complaints across phone, email and virtual channels, driving positive customer outcomes.
- Maintain and update operational systems to support efficient service delivery and resolution of customer requests.
- Identify service issues, escalate complex matters where required, and contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
About you
You're a resilient and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve team outcomes. With strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you're motivated by delivering exceptional service and finding better ways of working. You embody Australia Post's values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety while putting customers at the centre of everything you do.
You'll also
- Have experience in a customer service and/or transport coordination environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven setting.
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving and system navigation skills, with experience using multiple systems simultaneously.
What else is in it for you?
- Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week and spend 2 days in the office.
- Join a supportive and collaborative team that works together to successfully navigate busy operational periods and deliver great outcomes for customers.
- Full-time fixed-term opportunity commencing in October and expected to run through to January, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a large and complex operational environment.
- Flexible location options, with Dandenong preferred, however Melbourne-based candidates will also be considered.
- Build your experience across a large and complex operational network, working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Bring your whole self to work every day and be supported by a welcoming, inclusive and respectful team environment.
