Grade 3 Registered Nurse - Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027
Part Time | Monday, Tuesday 2.45pm - 10.15pm & Saturday, Sunday 7am - 3pm

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

  • Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
  • Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
  • Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
  • Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
  • Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
  • End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What we’re looking for

  • Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
  • Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities
