About Us:

About the Role:

Able-i is looking for a Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of your ECI Key Worker or Allied Health Professionals (Early Intervention key Worker or Physiotherapist ), following their treatment plans to provide targeted support and increase opportunities for clients to practise skills between therapy sessions. This helps improve goal outcomes and supports consistent progress.

You’ll be involved in both individual and group therapy sessions, working within a family-centred model of practice. In addition to therapy-based tasks, you may also be required to undertake some support work where appropriate, helping clients with daily activities, community participation, and skill development to ensure holistic, well-rounded support.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health, or;
  • Fully qualified and/or experienced Allied Health Assistant (minimum Certificate III), or;
  • Currently studying undergraduate: Speech Pathology, OT, Psychology, Education or other Allied Health.
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module training.
  • Current First Aid, Allergy Training and CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
