The Brand & Campaign Manager is responsible for developing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand identity, and promoting hospitality services across hotels, restaurants, and tourism-related businesses. The role focuses on increasing customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing and branding campaigns
  • Create promotional strategies for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services
  • Coordinate digital marketing, social media, email, and advertising campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and creative teams
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Organize events, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities
  • Handle partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets and campaign timelines
