About Us:

Role Overview:

As FOH supervisors at MISC. Parramatta, you play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our valued guests. You will ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience, leaving them with lasting impressions of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service: Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.

2. Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, and confidently make recommendations to guests.

3. Order Accuracy: Accurately transmit orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring precise and timely delivery of meals and drinks to guests' tables.

4. Table Maintenance: Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and reset tables efficiently for the next guest. Ensure a visually appealing and comfortable dining environment.

5. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow FOH and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Communicate effectively to minimise wait times and maximise guest satisfaction.

6. Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Seek assistance from management when necessary.

7. Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance guests' experiences by suggesting additional items and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
