About the Role:
As Rooftop at QT Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll deliver first-class customer service with passion, style, and flair - all in line with EVT standards and policies. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, outstanding guest experiences, and strong financial performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing service delivery, team development, and compliance, while supporting innovation and activations to drive revenue and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily Rooftop at QT operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of around 15 staff
• Support the Venue Manager in recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
• Deliver strong financial outcomes by managing wages, COGS, and stock control while maximizing revenue and profit through analysis, innovation, and events.
• Champion customer service standards, ensuring all team members are inducted, trained, and supported to deliver consistent and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee liquor licensing compliance, cash handling, POS reporting, and variance investigations.
• Curate and maintain bar menus, stock management, and supplier contracts in collaboration with F&B Director.
• Act as a hands-on leader across outlets, taking ownership of service delivery from set-up to pack-down.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Venue Manager, or Senior Supervisor role within a premium hospitality environment.
• Strong mixology knowledge is highly desirable
• Demonstrated skills in team leadership, training, and people development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and COGS.
• Excellent knowledge of liquor licensing, RSA compliance, and hospitality regulations.
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences with a proactive and motivated approach.
