Position Title: Venue Manager & Floor Staff
Location: Bobbys Cronulla

About the Role:
Bobbys is seeking experienced and motivated team members to join the team with immediate start. There is a venue manager & multiple front of house positions available in a hands-on role, ideal for people with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front-of-house, staff and guest experience.
  • Ability for floor staff to work in a fast paced setting.
  • Ensure high standards of service, food and beverage quality.
  • Motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a high capacity venue.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.
