We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead hospitality services at Bodington, Wentworth Falls (120-bed home) and create a welcoming, homelike environment where residents feel seen, heard and known.
About the role
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Residential Manager, responsible for overseeing all hospitality services within the home, including dining, cleaning, laundry, and overall hospitality operations.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and maintaining a consistent five-star standard across all services.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage hospitality operations across kitchen, dining, cleaning and laundry services
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic and welcoming home environment for residents
  • Oversee budgets, resources and service quality to deliver efficient, cost-effective outcomes
  • Drive enhanced services, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall resident experience
  • Support revenue growth opportunities and service innovation
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to hospitality team members
  • Promote a relationship-centred approach with residents, families and stakeholders
About you
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, aged care or a service-driven environment
  • Strong operational and people management capabilities
  • Ability to drive service improvements and manage multiple functions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the lives of older people
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management or related field (preferred)
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
