Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Strong leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop food & beverage staff.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving enquiries and complaints professionally
• Operational management expertise including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations with compliance enforcement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams, departments, and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Led daily operations of a high-volume bar in a restaurant, hotel or bar.
• Good beverage knowledge including cocktails and wines.
• Supervised, trained, and developed team members to consistently meet performance and guest satisfaction targets
• Handled customer feedback and service recovery, maintaining high standards of guest experience
• Coordinated events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring seamless delivery and quality standards
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
