We’re on the lookout for experienced floor manager and waitstaff to bring great energy, speed, and genuine Italian hospitality to our busy pizzeria in Panania just a short walk from the station.

If you love a buzzing floor, great food, and making guests feel like they’re part of the famiglia, we want to hear from you!

Positions Available:

Restaurant Floor Manager

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the floor team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift performance.
  • Train and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering front-of-house supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, and workplace health & safety regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or Floor Manager role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
