Full-Time Assistant Manager — 500 Degrees Steakhouse

500 Degrees Steakhouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and support front-of-house team
  • Ensure high service standards are maintained
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Manage customer feedback and service recovery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similiar role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
