BRAZILIAN CHARCOAL BBQ SURF N' TURF PTY LTD is a well-established hospitality

business operating authentic Brazilian restaurants in Perth, Western Australia. We are

committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine Brazilian dining

experience through high-quality food, professional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking two experienced and motivated

Restaurant Managers to join our team in Brazilian Steakhouse, Fremantle and Brazilian

Charcoal BBQ, Malaga.

These are full-time, permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

 Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

 Supervising, training, and motivating front-of-house staff.

 Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

 Planning and coordinating staff rosters.

 Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels.

 Monitoring food quality and service standards in conjunction with the kitchen team.

 Maintaining compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and

safety requirements.

 Managing budgets, operating costs, and achieving financial performance targets.

 Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.

 Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase business

performance.

 Ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest operational and cleanliness

standards.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

 At least 1 year of full-time relevant management experience in a restaurant or

hospitality environment; or

 A relevant qualification in hospitality management together with appropriate industry

experience.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

 Sound organisational and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

 A strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and hospitality

compliance.

Salary

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and

experience.
