Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires someone who is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively manage a team to deliver exceptional service. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily coperations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and manage cafe staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a cafe or similar food and beverage establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
