West HQ is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join CHU Restaurant by China Doll, 33 Grill & Bar, and Newtown Thai.


These roles operate within premium dining environments where timing, attention to detail, and consistent service execution are essential.


We are looking for hospitality professionals who are confident, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Chu Restaurant by China Doll –
A contemporary Asian dining experience delivering refined service, elevated presentation standards, and strong attention to detail in guest experience.


33 Grill & Bar –
A modern grill concept focused on premium dining, strong pace of service, and confident guest interaction in a high-volume environment.


Newtown Thai
– A vibrant, fast-paced venue delivering bold flavours and consistent, high-standard service in a busy dining setting.

What do you need to be considered?

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Strong commitment to maintaining brand and service standards
  • Extensive food and wine knowledge (highly regarded)
  • Flexible availability, including Friday to Sunday and peak service periods
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-end or premium dining restaurants
  • Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills (fluency in English required)
  • Must have a current NSW RSA Competency Card
