Coppins Kiosk & Cafe is a busy beachside cafe located at Sorrento Back Beach, and we’re looking for some great people to join our team as we head into our busiest time of year.

We’re a friendly, close-knit team and are looking for people who are reliable, hard-working and genuinely enjoy working in hospitality. We’re a fast-paced and high-volume cafe, particularly over weekends and summer, so you’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure, keeping your cool when things get busy and jumping in wherever needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Cafe all-rounders, front of house staff and experienced baristas
  • Reliable and punctual people with a strong work ethic
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly while staying calm and organised
  • People who are proactive and don’t need to be constantly told what needs doing
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help your teammates
  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Availability throughout the summer/holiday period is highly regarded
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred, however attitude and work ethic are just as important to us
