Full job description

Front-of-House Position – Carlo’s Wagga Wagga

We’re seeking a well‑presented, professional and motivated front‑of‑house team member to join our team on a casual basis. This role is primarily weekday work, with occasional weekend shifts when required. Wages are paid at or above the Award rate.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and assisting with orders
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately
  • Preparing and serving drinks (barista experience not required)
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Availability for day shifts between 6 am and 2:30 pm
  • Mainly weekday availability, with flexibility for occasional weekends
  • No experience required, on the job training provided
  • RSA certification (required)
  • Well‑presented, professional, and confident in a fast‑paced café environment
  • Immediate start preferred
