About the opportunity:
Lead an experienced practice team with plenty of room to grow your career. Medical experience is a bonus, but we'd love to hear from Store Managers, retail leaders, or anyone with strong people management skills who can:

  • Coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive practice financial performance
  • Maintain clinical standards and stock control
  • Create exceptional patient experiences - from warm welcomes to seamless account management
  • Handle admin including EFTPOS and HiCaps
  • Market the practice to grow patient numbers
  • Recruit and manage staff


You'll have:

  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
  • Open to candidates nationwide - we'll support relocation to Townsville!
  • Business and people management experience - Retail, Allied Health, Medical experience - full training provided!
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Commercial savvy - you know how to drive income and manage costs
  • Confidence tackling tough conversations
  • The ability to connect with everyone from doctors to patients
  • P&L management experience
  • Primary care medical experience (desirable, not essential)
