About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete’s Foot Malvern! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit. If you’re excited to work with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more, and want to be part of a caring community, this is the perfect role for you.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service using our cutting-edge MyFit 3D technology
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
• Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit

Skills and Experience

• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
