Work on cloud HR and payroll transformation projects that shape how organisations hire, support and manage their people.
Start your career with structure, support and work that actually matters.
Work with leaders and experts who are invested in your growth, not just your output
Human Capital HR Transformation sits where people, process and technology meet. Through Deloitte's Graduate Program, you'll join teams delivering cloud HCM and payroll projects that help organisations improve how work gets done, and how people experience it.
What will your typical day look like?
Day-to-day, you'll be part of live transformation work for clients who are rethinking their HR and workforce systems. You'll learn by contributing to project work across design, implementation and rollout, with support from people who'll help you build both technical capability and consulting confidence.
Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing across cloud HCM and payroll implementations
Contribute to projects that improve HR processes across areas like onboarding, performance, compensation and workforce administration
Help prepare training materials, project documentation and change support that enable clients to adopt new systems successfully
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.
Please select ‘HR Tech Implementation’ when asked to select your stream preference
About the team
Our Human Capital HR Transformation team helps clients design, implement and integrate Human Capital Management and payroll cloud solutions. If you're interested in how technology can improve the way organisations work, this is a strong place to start.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following:
Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Interest in HR technology, digital transformation and workforce solutions
Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
Alignment with Deloitte's values and inclusive culture
