We provide contractors, developers and residential builders with a one-stop supply solution, including metal framing, plasterboard systems, compounds and accessories, insulation, cladding, aluminium systems and fixings, from leading brands such as CSR Gyprock, Rondo, James Hardie, Alspec, Bradford and Kingspan. Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all of the company’s sales and marketing activities. Reporting to the Director, this role will grow our trade customer base, promote our product range and brand partners, and turn market insights into sales across Adelaide and regional South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising, public relations, sales and marketing plans and policies with the Director, including annual sales targets and marketing budgets.
• Lead the development of new product initiatives and marketing and advertising campaigns, including new product lines and brands across metal framing, plasterboard systems, insulation, cladding, aluminium systems and fixings.
• Organise and manage sales activities, including the product mix, sales territories across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, and customer service standards for trade counter, quotation and site delivery services.
• Direct merchandising and distribution by coordinating sales and customer service staff, agents and distributors, and working with the logistics team to ensure reliable on-site delivery.
• Set sales methods, pricing, project quotations, trade discounts and credit terms for builders, contractors, developers and installers.
• Conduct market research on construction activity, customer demand, pricing and competitor offerings to identify new customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key trade accounts and brand partners such as CSR Gyprock, Rondo, James Hardie and Alspec, and coordinate co- marketing, product launches and promotional programs.
• Oversee the company’s website, digital and social media marketing, product promotions, brochures and brand resources to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, gross margins and campaign results, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for the Director.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or a minimum of five years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• A proven record of hitting sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Able to quickly learn our products, customers and market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Confident using digital marketing tools, social media, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong commercial sense and comfortable using sales data to make decisions.
• Current driver’s licence and availability to travel within South Australia to meet clients and visit sites as required.
