  • Lead, coach and mentor team members; manage performance and engagement;

  • Identify and deliver training and development; foster a high-performance culture

  • Manage daily workflow and call activity including monitoring KPI performance

  • Analyse data and performance trends; implement continuous improvement actions

  • Execute lead generation strategies; improve qualification and nurturing processes

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing - align with marketing campaigns and enhance conversion outcomes

  • Maintain strong internal relationships and ensure the smoot handover of leads

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

Essential:

  • Leadership and coaching skills with KPI-driven team management
  • Communication and problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

Desirable:
  • Contact centre or lead generation experience
  • CRM and dialer knowledge
  • Commercial awareness

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Proven KPI performance management
  • Coaching and development experience

Desirable:
  • Novated leasing or financial services experience
  • Business-related qualification
