Cleaning Team Leader

$32 per hour + Penalties + Super + Leave

Cleaning Attendant

$25.86 + Penalties + Super + Leave

THE POSITION:

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming campus environment.
  • Performing daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, amenities and common areas.
  • Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables.
  • Supporting compliance with workplace health, safety and infection control requirements.
  • Responding proactively to cleaning requests and operational priorities.

For Cleaning Supervisors, additional responsibilities include:

  • Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of cleaning staff.
  • Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained.
  • Assisting with staff training, onboarding and performance support.
  • Managing daily work allocation and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the cleaning team and management.
