About the Role:
You will provide leadership and coordination of nursing and multidisciplinary team activities to support high-quality, person-centred care and positive patient outcomes. You will play a key role in service management, workforce development, quality improvement and change initiatives, while fostering a positive team culture and supporting continuous improvement across the service.

About You:
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and experience supervising students and less experienced staff.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, including experience using Microsoft Office programs.
