Senior Business Analyst Consultant jobs

Are you a Business Analyst looking to apply your skills on high-impact digital transformation initiatives that deliver real outcomes for government, industry and the community? The Health Products Regulation Group’s (HPRG) Digital Branch is seeking experienced EL1 level Senior Business Analysts interested in joining one of our standing digital delivery teams.

As the Senior Business Analyst you will work closely with business stakeholders, users and delivery teams to understand problems, identify opportunities and translate business needs into effective digital solutions. You will lead business analysis activities across the full delivery lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, process analysis, solution design, testing and implementation.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. You will run workshops, lead discussions, analyse complex business processes and help stakeholders understand how proposed solutions will improve service delivery and user outcomes.

You will play a key role in translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable work items, refining the product backlog, and ensuring work is prioritised based on user needs, business value, and strategic priorities. Working in an agile delivery environment, you will actively contribute to and, where appropriate, lead activities such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Pay: $124,951.00 – $142,509.00 per year
