Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing complex installation and service work, advising on technical aspects of equipment use and maintenance. If you have a passion for making helping make peoples lives better, than this is the job for you!

What you will do

  • Install and Service Equipment: Ensure installations and services meet standards by planning, testing, supervising, addressing malfunctions, and ensuring safety. Complete and submit all related paperwork.
  • Provide Technical Support to Engineers and Sales: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, assist sales staff with technical queries, provide sales leads, and promote company products.
  • Provide Product Feedback to Manufacturers: Identify and communicate product issues to overseas manufacturers using established procedures.
  • Complete Equipment Modifications: Analyse and perform necessary equipment modifications, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer requirements, while documenting changes according to corporate guidelines.
What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar tertiary qualifications
  • Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license
  • X-Ray license (EPA/Radiation use)
  • Over 3 years of experience in medical imaging equipment engineering
  • Experience working with computers and networking
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management with medical professionals
