In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering high-volume shared services and customer support across a multi-channel contact centre.

This role will see you provide first-contact resolution, manage customer enquiries across phone, chat and administrative channels, and develop your capability in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will deliver efficient and high-quality customer service outcomes in a dynamic, high-volume contact centre environment.

About you

Your strong communication skills and customer focus, formed across contact centre, retail, hospitality or other service-based roles, will see you excel in resolving enquiries, managing competing priorities and delivering accurate, timely outcomes.

You're recognised as a customer-centric problem solver, skilled at handling multiple systems and tasks simultaneously, experienced in delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
