Assist in developing and implementing strategies to manage social impacts of major infrastructure and regional development projects.
Engage with community groups and stakeholders to discuss project impacts, benefit-sharing, and opportunities.

Assist senior team members with project coordination, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budgets.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that advance best practices in social impact assessment and planning.

Experience engaging with communities, government and other stakeholders (highly desirable).
Understanding of social impact assessment processes and stakeholder engagement best practices.
Familiarity with state and territory guidelines for social impact assessment and community consultation.
Knowledge of the renewable energy, resources sectors and/or major infrastructure projects is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and proactively manage issues.
Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a commitment to authentic engagement with stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and contributing to project delivery within time and budget constraints.
Enthusiasm for making a positive social impact through evidence-based planning and community-focused work.
