Support Coordinator (Commission‑Based Contractor, would suit an independent SC who is looking for the support of a well established company) – Remote Australia

Baldwin Care Collective

Flexible | Remote | Commission‑Based | Australia‑Wide

Baldwin Care Collective is growing, and we’re looking for values‑driven Support Coordinators who want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build meaningful participant relationships without the pressure of traditional caseload KPIs.

This role is perfect for coordinators who prefer to work remotely, manage their own workflow, and be rewarded directly for the impact they create.

About Us

Baldwin Care Collective is a community‑focused NDIS provider known for warm communication, practical support, and strong participant advocacy. We prioritise quality, transparency, and genuine connection. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to doing things the right way.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Support Coordinators to join us as independent contractors, paid via a percentage‑based commission model.

You will:

  • Provide high‑quality Support Coordination to NDIS participants
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships
  • Assist participants to understand and implement their plans
  • Coordinate services, troubleshoot barriers, and advocate effectively
  • Maintain accurate, timely case notes in our CRM
  • Work remotely from anywhere in Australia

This role is fully flexible — you choose your hours, your workflow, and your caseload capacity.

Payment Structure

This is a commission‑based contractor role.

You will be paid a percentage of all Support Coordination revenue billed, with no cap on earnings.

We provide:

  • CRM access (Astalty)
  • Marketing support
  • Participant referrals (where available)
  • Operational guidance
  • A values‑driven team environment

You invoice us for your percentage, and payment is made fortnightly.

Who This Suits

This role is ideal for:

  • Coordinators wanting flexibility and autonomy
  • People who prefer remote work
  • Those who enjoy managing their own caseload
  • Coordinators who want to grow their income based on output
  • Individuals who value warm, community‑focused practice

Requirements

  • Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 or Specialist)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, processes, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Police and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Screen (we will transfer it to us, if you're successful)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Commitment to ethical, participant‑centred practice

What You’ll Love About Working With Us

  • A supportive executive team
  • Clear, reliable communication
  • A recognisable, values‑driven brand
  • No micromanagement
  • Freedom to build your own caseload
  • Warm, practical, community‑focused culture
