About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide one‑on‑one support to clients with acquired spinal cord injuries within their homes.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (including hoist use)
  • Supporting daily hygiene: grooming, bathing, dressing and oral care
  • Delivering personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management
  • Providing basic wound care and assisting with self‑medication
  • Offering domestic support such as meal preparation, household tasks and laundry
  • Facilitating community access, including driving to appointments and social activities
About You
We are looking for people who:
  • Are excellent listeners and communicate authentically
  • Can work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings and overnights available)
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle
  • Hold, or willing to obtain, NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards
  • Are experienced in the field, and/or hold relevant qualifications.
