• As a Cargo Operator, you’ll be responsible for the movement and collection of the Army’s vital equipment and supplies, functioning across air, land or sea. Without you, these goods won’t get to where they need to be, and unlike standard desk jobs, you’ll sit in a different driver’s seat every day.
• As a Driver, you’ll play a pivotal role in the operation and management of sophisticated military vehicles in all conditions, over all kinds of terrain. You’ll be responsible for transporting cargo, personnel and dangerous goods to support training and operations in Australia and overseas. 
• As a Fuel Specialist, you'll be in charge of managing, distributing and storing fuel products, as well as the refuelling itself. You'll work on military bases, on exercises and on deployments, so the job could take you across Australia and even overseas.
• As a Marine Specialist, you’ll operate a variety of high-performance vessels in the Army on military operations and disaster-relief scenarios. You'll play a pivotal role within the Army’s distribution network. Your day-to-day tasks will involve planning the movements of personnel, supplies and equipment – and be responsible for their safe delivery by water.
• As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be running supply, distribution and getting essential military equipment to where they're needed. Whether in barracks, on exercise, in the field or on operations you will be making sure soldiers are provided with everything they need.

Location:
Following your initial military training and initial employment training, you could be posted to one of the many Army bases and units across Australia. The majority of these positions are located in North QLD, South QLD, and the NT.

Salary:
Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $60,517 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training.

On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you’ll enjoy a package starting from $82,322 to $86,453 per annum depending on your role.

Eligibility:
For this role, you must:

• Be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics.

• Cargo Operator: hold a provisional or full driver’s licence
• Driver: hold at least a current learner's licence and have a current provisional/probationary driver’s licence at the time of enlistment
• Fuel Specialist: hold at least a current learner’s licence and have a current provisional/probationary driver’s licence at the time of enlistment
• Be reasonably fit and healthy. Keeping fit is a big part of joining the ADF. You’ll need to pass a physical fitness test before you join, but don’t worry, we'll give you tips to help you prepare.
• Be able to successfully obtain a security clearance.
