Support Worker jobs

KB7 Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide person-centred support to clients and assist with daily living, personal care, community access and social activities.

We are seeking individuals who are caring, respectful, patient and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Previous experience in disability or support work is preferred, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred support
• Assisting with daily living and personal care
• Supporting clients with community access and appointments
• Encouraging independence and participation in social activities
• Following individual support plans
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients
• Completing required documentation and communicating with the team

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
