Make a real difference in the moments that matter.

We’re looking for confident and capable Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young man living in a SIL setting in Seven Hills.

This is a 2:1 support environment where your ability to build rapport, maintain boundaries and provide consistent, person-centred support will make a genuine difference.

About the role
The role involves supporting with:
  • Personal care and daily living activities
  • Community access and participation
  • Positive behaviour support strategies
  • Building independence and capacity
  • Incident reporting and documentation
  • Supporting engagement in activities, including sport and physical activities
  • Maintaining a safe, structured and supportive environment
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking Support Workers who are:
  • Confident supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours of concern
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • Able to establish clear boundaries while maintaining a positive relationship
  • Strong communicators who work well as part of a team
  • Person-centred and focused on building independence and skills
  • Comfortable supporting personal care and community access
  • Physically active and happy to participate in sporting and recreational activities
  • Experienced with behaviour support strategies and incident reporting
Experience with restrictive practices is highly regarded, particularly where participants have restricted access to certain items or environments.
