About the Role

Teys Australia is seeking a Qualified Maintenance Electrician to join the Asset Management team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the Tamworth processing facility and equipment, and supporting the day-to-day production requirements of the business. #meatjobs

Role requirements include:

  • Fault finding intricate meat processing machines
  • Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Assist in the identification and elimination of bottle necks
  • Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimise equipment/production downtime

About You

It is essential you have the following:

  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Knowledge of Instrumentation
  • Excellent communications and technical skills
  • Ability to develop circuit drawings and read circuit drawings
  • Fault finding experience with VSDs & PLCs
  • Switchboard building experience (desirable)
  • PLC and HMI programming experience (desirable)
  • Fire systems experience (desirable)
  • Current drivers licence.
Salary range = $100,080.24 – $132,081.04 per year
