Responsibilities

• Provides timely technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment for
  assigned region.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related issues.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Determines and defines daily objectives for site specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by management.
• Performs site surveys on all new orders.
• Maintains accurate inventory and accounting of all parts used at customer locations.
• Responsible for completing all required reporting and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Actively supports other Field Service Technicians as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ technician experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong knowledge of current internal / external company policies, procedures, and expectations.
