About the Role:
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our customer communications, marketing automation, and CRM performance.
This is a hands-on role focused on building and optimising customer journeys, managing end-to-end email campaign execution, improving data quality, and delivering high-performing marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building, deploying, and optimising email campaigns, templates, and automated workflows within HubSpot
  • Creating and managing customer journeys that improve engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions
  • Writing and editing marketing content for email campaigns, landing pages, and digital communications
  • Managing audience segmentation, lists, forms, and automation logic to improve targeting and campaign performance
  • Monitoring campaign performance, deliverability, engagement trends, and CRM health to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Analysing campaign and customer data to improve marketing performance and customer experience
  • Supporting database hygiene and CRM best practices to maintain strong data quality
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver effective customer communications
What You’ll Need
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, workflows, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign automation
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, engaging marketing communications
  • Confidence working with CRM data, campaign reporting, and performance insights to optimise results
  • Experience building and managing end-to-end email campaigns and automated marketing workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards across campaigns and customer communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Experience with social media content and campaign support is advantageous
