Prescribing Doctor – Aesthetic Medicine

About the Opportunity

Luxe Lips Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Prescribing Doctor to join our close-knit and vibrant medical aesthetics team.

With three established clinics across West Melbourne, South East Melbourne, and East Melbourne, Luxe Lips is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centred aesthetic care in a supportive and professional environment. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, safety, and creating natural, confidence-enhancing outcomes for our clients.

This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Salary will be offered as a fortnightly package, commensurate with skills, experience, and scope of practice.

About Our Clinics

Luxe Lips currently employs:

  • 9 experienced nurse injectors
  • 3 prescribing doctors
  • 2 dermal clinicians

With a large base of loyal, returning clients, our clinics operate in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. Comprehensive administrative, booking, and communications support is provided so clinicians can focus on patient care, wellbeing, and clinical outcomes — not sales targets.

Role Responsibilities & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a registered medical practitioner
  • Hold full AHPRA registration
  • Hold a recognised and certified cosmetic injectables qualification
  • Provide a current National Police Certificate (for employment)
  • Be open to training and upskilling in:
  • Dermal fillers
  • Anti-wrinkle treatments
  • Additional aesthetic procedures (as required)
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Be professional, compassionate, and committed to patient safety
  • Have a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine and client care

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Flexible hours: Approximately 2-4 hours per day
  • Work-from-home component with light on-call coverage
  • This role is initially a short-term seasonal position from September - mid-January
  • Opportunity to transition into a long-term or ongoing arrangement, depending on clinic needs and mutual interest

Visa Sponsorship

Luxe Lips has the capacity to sponsor an eligible candidate’s visa, subject to suitability and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $240.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
