The Role

An opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer (Home Care and Allied Health Services) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Operate the main switchboard, receive and relay messages
Check the generic administration email inbox daily and action correspondence
Undertake routine data entry, scanning, filing, and record maintenance
Sort and distribute mail, arrange post office lodgement, and replenish photocopier paper supplies

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Aged Care Check will be required for new employees

Salary

Permanent part time or temporary part time (one permanent part time position, 40hrs p.f position or one temporary part time position, up to three months, 40 hours per fortnight)
Base salary ranging from $32.18 - $37.53 per hour

The Home Care and Allied Health Service is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program to provide a range of flexible, entry level basic support services that assist eligible older clients and their carers to maintain independence in their own homes and within the community.
