FULL-TIME WAITSTAFF – WHARF ONE FOOD & WINE & bellaBAR

Are you passionate about food and good cocktails? Are you a people-person? Do you have hospitality skills?

If your answer is YES, WE WANT YOU!

Wharf One Food & Wine and bellaBAR are located in Darwin’s premier dining and entertainment precinct, overlooking the stunning Darwin Harbour and Lagoon at the Darwin Waterfront. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Wait Staff and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team across multiple outlets.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Waitstaff, you will:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient table service to all guests
  • Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
  • Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
  • Set up and clear tables, assist in daily restaurant operations, and ensure a smooth service flow
  • Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment (required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and professional presentation
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current NT RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) preferred

What We Offer

  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on Restaurant Industry Award 2025 Standards)
  • Full-Time position: Salary is based on a minimum of 38 hours per week, with holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata. Salary will be determined by the level of experience.
