About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

About you

We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Customer service experience (highly desirable)
  • A genuine interest in banking or financial services
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)

What you will do

  • Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
    • Providing account balances
    • Replacing debit and credit cards
    • Updating personal information
    • Resolving issues with online banking
    • Investigating transactions and disputes
    • Managing fraud inquiries
    • Logging complaints and capturing feedback
  • Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols

Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

Training period (on-site)

  • Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
  • Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm required
