Join one of Australia's largest telehealth services supporting Healthdirect's 1800 Medicare line. From the comfort of home, you'll use your clinical expertise to help Australians access the right care, at the right time.

From medication queries and childhood illness through to complex symptom assessment and urgent escalation pathways, every shift presents a diverse range of clinical challenges.

Whether you're looking for a lifestyle change, greater flexibility, or a new way to apply your clinical skills, this is an opportunity to build expertise in one of Australia's fastest-growing areas of healthcare.

Why Nurses Choose This Role:

  • Work from home anywhere in Australia
  • Use advanced assessment, triage and critical thinking skills
  • Diverse presentations and meaningful clinical work
  • Structured training and ongoing support
  • Career pathways in digital health and virtual care

Hours & Availability

You'll receive 7 days of paid online training to prepare you for the role, followed by ongoing support from experienced leaders and clinical teams committed to your success. Full attendance for all 7 days is required. Intake dates are ongoing and will be confirmed with you during the recruitment process.

This role is for you if you:

  • Are a Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration (3+ years)
  • Have 3 years full-time (or equivalent) recent experience in acute, ED, primary health or rural/remote settings
  • Show strong clinical judgement and remain calm under pressure
  • Are confident navigating digital systems, CRMs and telehealth platforms
  • Have a private home workspace, reliable Wi-Fi and strong mobile reception
  • Can work 24/7 rotating shifts, incl. days, evenings, nights and weekends
