Deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Gold Coast's premier boutique supermarket!

Join our Shop Assistant team at Tugun Market Co., where every customer interaction matters. You'll work across multiple departments, providing personalised service and product expertise in our premium retail environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Retail experience preferred (training provided for right attitude)
  • Flexibility to work across different departments
  • Professional presentation and positive demeanor
  • Weekend and holiday availability for casual shifts
  • Enthusiasm for premium products and gourmet foods

DIVERSE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and product advice
  • Operating POS systems and processing transactions accurately
  • Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
  • Maintaining department presentation and cleanliness standards
